V Hardwick Limited was established in 2019 by Vanessa Hardwick as an independent
Building Surveying practice serving South Wales. The business is regulated by The Royal Institution of Chartered
Surveyors.
We provide clients with access to expert advice in matters relating to property. Our primary
areas of work focus on Party Wall surveying; Project management; Defect analysis and
Building surveys.
Our clients include private individuals, contractors, property professionals, management
companies and local authorities. We mainly work within the residential property sectors
throughout South Wales.
Our customers and their needs are our primary focus. We believe that by taking the time to listen to our clients and building relationships with them, we can achieve great results together.
Building Surveys
We provide multiple forms of survey depending on your situation and requirements. Schedules of Condition, Condition Surveys and Home Purchase Surveys.
Party Wall Matters
We provide professional advice to both building owners and adjoining owners on matters relating to the Party Wall Act.
Project Management & Contract Administration
Our project management services can help guide our clients through various stages of a project, providing support where and when we are needed.
Defect Analysis & Diagnosis
Following an inspection we provide our clients with a detailed professional opinion of the likely cause of the defect and information on the remedial works that might be required.
